On the login screen, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter the email address you used to sign up, and we will send you a password reset link.

For security reasons, some links may expire after a certain period. Please contact your school or program to request a new invitation.

You can easily revisit any content you have viewed or listened to. Simply navigate to the Menu icon at the top right of your screen and visit the "History" section. This area keeps a running list of all the videos and audios you have engaged with, making it easy to find and review content to continue building on your skills.

On an iPhone (using Safari)

In Safari: Launch the Frankly app 

Tap the Share button: Look for the share icon at the bottom of the screen. It looks like a square with an arrow pointing up.

Find "Add to Home Screen": In the menu that appears, scroll down until you see the Add to Home Screen option. Tap it.

Confirm and Add: A new screen will pop up. You can edit the name of the shortcut and then tap Add in the top-right corner. The icon will appear on your home screen.

On an Android (using Chrome)

In Chrome: Launch the Frankly app

Tap the Menu button: Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the browser.

Tap "Add to Home screen": In the drop-down menu, select Add to Home screen.
